DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do! Please note that all prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Ohh I understand you. I can't wait to receive my orders either! Delivery times are between 3 and 15 business days.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?

As all products in the store are in limited quantities, it is impossible to make a refund or exchange. Just be aware of what you are buying. We are not responsible for lost products.

MY ORDER CAME DAMAGED?

It is important to send us an email including pictures of the damaged product & your order number to hello@moonday.ca within 10 days of receiving your order.
